Engineering Services
ZAESL is now an established engineering services company that have in-house specialists for the three main engineering disciplines. This allows our clients o to maintain smaller engineering teams of their own and outsource product or project requirements to us.
We can provide multidisciplinary consultation related to the design, simulation, evaluation and investigation needed to safely execute projects. We can also provide EPCM solution to our clients for their projects.
We also provide services to our clients in negotiating and evaluating business contracts with vendors and manufacturers.
Development /WASH Projects
We provide our services in physical development of projects. For this purpose, we have achieved the required certification and license from the Pakistan Engineering Council. Details of some of our executed projects is given as under
Safe drinking-water, sanitation and hygiene are crucial to human health and well-being. Safe WASH is not only a prerequisite to health, but contributes to livelihoods, school attendance and dignity and helps to create resilient communities living in healthy environments. In the coming weeks, months and year, the company will be more involved in WASH sector.
ZAESL is currently putting more emphasize on WASH sector and recently completed first of its kind project in Pakistan. It is construction of Decentralized Wastewater Treatment System (DEWATS) at city school No. 1 Peshawar City. The project was for an isolated school community of around 3000. The project consists of main treatment tankages, sewage collection system, pumping station distribution of treated sewage effluent for irrigation purpose inside the school green spaces. The project components were energized through Solar Power.

Construction of Mini / Micro Hydro Power Project in Districts Abbottabad and Batagram Under the Project: Construction of 356 Mini / Micro Hydropower Project in Northern Districts of KPK.
Client: Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Performance: The quality of Penstock & all Electro-Mechanical Equipment’s already factory tested & inspected by the Client engineers has been excellent and to the entire satisfaction of the Client’s. They are fully satisfied with our most professional working.
O&M Services Provider
O&M Service Provider means the Person or Persons retained to perform operation and maintenance services with respect to a Project, including under any long-term service and maintenance agreement to its clients.
Due to its initial knowhow, ZAESL started providing O&M services to power plant operation and maintenance that included Malakand III HPP (83 MW) and now providing the same to Pehur HPP (18 MW) for the last 10 years. A new Contract has been signed with the client for Pehur HPP for another 3 years until Aug 2025. Three more O&M contract with 7.64 MW Marala HPP, 5.38 MW Chainwali HPP and 2.8MW Pakpattan HPP have been in placed.
ZAESL operate and maintain the entrusted power complexes with highly qualified and well experience resources acquired from WAPDA and PEDO construction companies. They are all from various disciplines like mechanical, electrical, protection, instrumentation, SCADA, Network and civil having rich experience in Erection testing, commissioning, O&M of power projects.
